QUALITY ASSURANCE & MEDIA QC SERVICES

RRS offers four tiers of media quality control, from rapid pre-delivery checks through to full studio-master validation. Each tier is configured to your platform, volume and delivery requirements, and each one ends the same way: operator-verified findings, a timecoded report, and a clear PASS/FAIL recommendation.

CHOOSING A QC TIER

The right depth depends on what the title is for. High-volume FAST and AVOD catalog runs do not need frame-by-frame review of a two-hour runtime; a premium OTT theatrical master does. Picking the tier deliberately is the difference between paying for review you do not need and shipping a title that comes back.

5-POINT QC

Rapid pre-delivery verification at five key playback marks: video, audio, sync, subtitles, captions, graphics and editorial. Built for high-volume FAST, AVOD and catalog work where throughput matters and the source is already known-good.

FULL LINEAR QC

One hundred per cent playback review across the entire runtime: video, audio, subtitles, captions, graphics, compliance and metadata. Built for streaming, broadcast, studio masters and TVOD, with a detailed timecoded report and severity-classified findings.

PREMIUM STUDIO QC

Everything in Full Linear QC plus IMF verification, HDR validation, audio mapping review, package validation and platform specification review. For studio masters, global distribution and premium OTT, delivered as both an executive summary and a full engineering-level technical report.

STANDARDS & PRACTICES QC

Editorial and compliance review rather than technical review: language, violence, drug use, nudity, artwork, music, ratings, photosensitivity and captions, checked against platform-specific sensitivity standards.

WHAT EVERY TIER INCLUDES

Intelligent automation combined with experienced operators. Timecoded findings with severity classification. A clear PASS/FAIL recommendation. Plain-language editorial guidance where a fix is needed. No raw machine output forwarded as a deliverable.
